Tracy is our dedicated 10 Step Management programme trainer. She’s been delivering this programme to our clients for over 10 years! Tracy’s style is personable and thorough! Tracy also delivers all aspects of our HR related training.

Jayne is the People Partner of FACT3 and has been a business owner for 20 years, the last 8 of which have been within FACT3. Belbin and DISC accredited, Jayne brings her vast knowledge of everything ‘people’ and ‘leadership’ to every session.
